The three things people usually need are below, answerable right now without emailing anyone. For everything else, a human reads every message at hello@meetnorthwind.com — usually answered within a day.

Cancel your subscription

Billing runs through Apple, not us: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Northwind → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of the current period. Your memory is untouched by cancelling.

Delete your data

In the app: You → Privacy → Delete everything. This removes your conversations, memories and account from our systems — no copies, no archive. It cannot be undone, including by us. Individual memories and conversations can be deleted the same way, one at a time.

Export your memory

You → Privacy → Export produces a readable file of everything Northwind holds for you. It’s yours; take it anywhere.
